Club organised racing events for a very select few members who all seem to be on the COM. Meanwhile the areas get less than £10 per ember per year and it is hard to get that out of them. Gave everything of value to the AMHT to keep themselves from losing them in a court battle. Now have zero control over those assets and the AMHT is a now a rival organisation with equal risk of losing the assets in a court battle.

Paul, This is all since I left them to their internal rot.

I forgot to add the snivelling apology letter drafted by lawyers they had to post on their forum to prevent legal action by a member of the CoM.
