Sorry if this has been asked before... but would I be right in assuming that the Prodrive upgrade would void the Aston Warranty?

They are negotiating to try & sell the product via Aston dealers with the warranty intact, if this doesn't come off (lets face it Aston is for sale)Prodrive will offer their own warranty to cover those parts invalidated by the conversion.
It is a good point Get Carter, we were all of the opinion that it would need to be longer than a year if it turned out to be Prodrives own warranty.

Aston never even knew the pack existed until Prodrive announced it, they were not consulted at any stage during it's development, or even given the courtesy to be told it was happening, and as such, I would be suprised if they would offer to sell it through the dealers with the warranty intact.
Not saying they won't, just be suprised.

It's never been confirmed that it will actually be built (but it will!)

But surely the 2007 V8 is already out, and it hasn't got 'more power'??
cross talk... I have the order in for the vantage S (or vantage vantage) or whatever. The one they should have made first time out.
