I am just concerned next time I floor the car while driving, something else will break...
Just because only one part failed, doesn't mean that other parts of the drivetrain aren't strained to breaking point. Who knows.

The other issue is the spare parts situation...

I'm trying to make up my mind in calling this a $20k mistake and getting rid of it as soon as I get it back, or give it a third shot.
These cars are race bred, and use the best available race component suppliers such as Brembo, Graziano, Bilstein etc. We have driven our road cars around many circuits all over the world, which in the USA include, Sebring [car killer], Laguna Seca, Atlanta, Lime Rock, Fontana Speedway, Homestead, Moroso, Pocono, Monticello + many more motorsport ranches. I can state from experience, that we have never been let down by our cars. I would guess that the car could have been inappropriately launched, and that chatter/lash through the driveshafts has possibly caused the damage in the pictures. Once your car is fixed, you will love it, and so long as you drive it as a manual car should be driven, i can't imagine you would have any further drivetrain issues.
