I presume that church is in the UK; is there some description of it online? It seems unusual architecture, even for a temporaryish building. I would have guessed it was Scandinavian.

It is in the UK: St Barbara's is the Garrison Church for Deepcut - the top of the spire is a common theme on both modern and older buildings in the area - the local railway station has a similar design.
