Correct car! Well spotted. 1933 Le Mans.

But not a 'rendering' as such. The only changes to the original photo are:

Car itself has been cropped out from the top of the picture (to leave only the reflection of it below),
Photo has been flipped vertically (because in the reflection it was upside down),
Photo has then been flipped horizontally (otherwise number plate would read backwards).

And it won the AMOC Area 20 Annual Photo Competition!!!!!

Well done Ed!

Winter's bite is actually starting to be felt in Switzerland after what has been a super-mild season thus far, so a good time to get out on some of the currently quiet mountain back roads & passes for a squirt before putting the Vantage to bed for a few weeks!

Finally got a quick photo of my V8V. Will get some nicer photos when I go to a decent location.

No, its Fire Red. Early 4.7 colour. Not seen any others in that colour over here apart from some in the US. Im going to do a youtube type vid of it to allow prospective buyers some insight into owning a V8 Vantage in the next few days so should show it again soon.

I'd be interested to see that. I still miss my old 4.7, weeping just a lovely car.

Ahhh, sounds like Astonitis... a common affliction... primitive, biologically-based urges similar to hunger and thirst, a biochemical rush of dopamine, sleeplessness and goal-oriented behavior - that goal being to get behind the wheel again!
I know it well. No cure it seems.

Thank your god that there isn't a cure, I wouldn't want a cure, it's a disease I hope to be afflicted by until I am not allowed to drive anymore thumbup
