ahh right,, it suits the lines of the DB7 nicely.

It's sort of a round colour as opposed to a square colour.. if you follow my meaning.

Ok, I have got a photo that shows the rear light tinting in it's true form.

You can clearly see the individual sections and in any light setting all lights work perfectly and can be seen.

I just had to get a shot with a much better camera as mine always darkened the tints for some reason.

I'm currently doing some interior work on the car and then onto subframe and top mount bushes.. once these jobs are done and I've had it re-tracked I'll get right on with painting up the blades and fixing them in place.

So for those who might have thought I've gone quiet.. I'll get there as soon as possible :-)

Well, the story continues...

As the blades are cosmetic they keep being sent to the back of the queue.

I now have to do my Plugs and Coils.. :-/

So,, interior work is done

I've part done the top mount bushes (one side)

After the weekend I'll get the other side done and then hopefully my parts will be gathered for the top end job on the engine.

There is a special offer locally for the tracking, half price, so that's my goal.. Get the geo done before end of month.

So, all being well, it should be sometime around the first week in December when I can finally go get the blades painted up and fitted.

I'll send you a link to a few videos of it on that Dyno,, I took a couple and some unknown person took some too.

Finally, due to weather and other things I have the bushes and wheel geometry completed.

Still got a few small tasks but I am now making tracks into having the blades painted up to match the car.

In fact I'm txt'ing the paint guy now ;-)

So Mark, watch this space,, I promise to have them completed and fitted before the end on this year.. haha

Not really..

Those are from the Virage era..

Zagato's had different lenses.. they look far better than those old Jaffa style lenses.

Though what you see there was the official WS upgrade I think.

There is a better looking round conversion available, possibly through Chiltern or somewhere like that.

These lenses looked better on the DB7 in my opinion: http://www.astonmartins.com/db7/images/DSC_7261_db...

I still haven't even had mine painted yet...

The paint guy did call round and look at them and said he'd call me in a few days.. that was approx over a month ago :-/

I need to find a new paint guy who can actually do what I ask, when I ask !!

If I had access to the paint I'd do them myself ;-)

I need to pick your brains a little anyway about my rear blades.. I'll send you an email.
