Does anyone know what the current cost of the two clutch upgrades by BR cost (fitted inc vat)? Do they react differently in manual and SS cars?
There's only one clutch upgrade! They designed and had built their own twin-plate clutch assembly and matched it to a very lightened and balanced flywheel. The application in sportshift and manual cars are the same. From memory, and I'm happy to be corrected as it was a long while ago i had mine fitted, I think it weighs 8kg less than the OEM twin plate part in the DB9 manual.
Send me a PM if you want costs, I'm getting weary of speaking to BR for people who don't seem to be able to themselves and PM'ing them with the answers only to be ignored

And just like the last guy who asked about the cost, which I went to the effort and found out for them, no message received or replied to. Beginning to wonder if there's something odd going on yeti said:

Sometimes it's difficult to get through as the lines or the people are busy - but different posters repeatedly asking for prices to be published on here is also weird behaviour I think
Not been dealing with them for long but to date messages left or emails sent have always been responded to.Hi,
I recently purchased an Aston V8V (2011) coupe with the sport pack. Has anyone on here gone through the sports upgrades on this type of car?
I've been reading the thread and have visited the BR website but am still a little lost concerning the upgrades / benefits to the 4.7 engine? The 4.3 > GT4 conversion sounds amazing.

It is confusing because there is a myriad of options! I recently purchased an Aston V8V (2011) coupe with the sport pack. Has anyone on here gone through the sports upgrades on this type of car?

There will be a 5.0 GT4 conversion available shortly
Best bet is to call Mike (leave a message), be patient and have a long conversation with him when he calls back about your specific needs.

Who's going to be first to try a take the 6.5 V12 upgrade and go to a 7.0L?
My 6.5 is ready, just need the time to install; it's going to be after Le Mans, I need the car back as currently, the only runner we have is the Morgan!!We talked 7.0 which would require grinding a new crank, addes £5k + and TBH what would I do with the extra power vs the 6.5? The beauty of the engine is going to be the 'exotic' components; vastly superior to the standard engine so it doesn't need to run rich to cool itself anymore.
Amusingly, it'll do 30mpg plus on the cruise

When's the 6.5 going in?
Hello,
Have tried calling them leaving a voicemail and also left a message on the website a few days ago but had no reply as yet. I know they are quite busy down there but does anybody know if anything is going on with BR as would like some (more) work done on my car in the very near future?
Cheers,
Matt

I left a message in the BR site as well and not received an answer back. Although it was about a car im now not getting, its things like this that make you think twice about going to them later on.
They didn't answer a question about a car you're not getting. And yet you've so much time on your hands you felt compelled to post People are weird
