Yeah it really does! A lot quicker than I expected it would when I first got it smile

I'm getting about that mpg from my SR20DE'd primera. With no work done to it so I thought that was about average. I wonder what's wrong with my engine then?

That's a very playful figure you got. smile
If it makes you feel any better it's running rather lean which I suppose is helping the MPG, but not so much helping the engine itself...

I've seen up to 37mpg on mostly motorway running in my S13 w/ SR20DET. A good chip (I have the Horsham Dev Stage 1a) helps economy too - and while I'm sure it's running leaner than stock to achieve that, my engine hasn't blown up in the last 20k miles.
When I had an N/A S13 with the SR20DE, it got similar economy to the turbo I have now. Basically adding boost lets you run a gear higher, so the overall economy doesn't change much. In the last few years lots of manufacturers have come out with boosted 4-pots for economy - Nissan got there 20 years ago with the SR20 !

off boost its just a 2lt car, hence the highish MPG, press the loud pedal and see a lot less.

Also as someone said the Horsham chips help with the economy giving a better map, so up the boost install chip and you have better economy

Very tidy looking S15 cant believe how clean she is underneath! I wanted one for a long time but ended up with a 350Z. Always have a soft spot for S15's

I've got an s15 too, quite similar to yours. They are great cars, I've had a lot of fun in mine and you'll never see another one around, I never did in 3 years of ownership. I'm selling soon but maybe in the future I'll get another...

Very nice car you've got there. Planning on doing any modifications to it?

Love the colour, the engine bay and how immaculate the underside is. High premiums but worth it considering how rare they are.

Top car.
