What Wheels for a GT86
Discussion
I've not looked into what off set or wheel width that fits the GT86 yet. not had it for a week yet. I know it's 17" thinking more than likely 7" width of the top of my head.
But looking at a spare set of wheels so I can fit winter tyres to the car when it gets below 5 degrees.
I like the look of the Rota wheels GTR style of wheels. Any suggestions on what may look nice on the GT86?

Personally I can't stand Rotas and think they are simply cheap knockoffs of good wheels. Can't really say much about XXR but again they seem too cheap to.
I've seen a couple of GT86 on OZ Ultraleggeras/ Superleggeros and a few with BBS CH/LM which all look far better than the factory wheels.

Litchfield used TSW Nurburgring wheels, 18".
Look rather tasty to me!

But otherwise I'd go with a O.Z set, from the racing range.

Heh! When I finally decide on my new rims, I'll be using them in the summer and keeping these for winters.
Thats a good idea. keep the Standard one's for winter and get a nice new set (looking at Works at the moment) for the summerLike these

I went for these:-
They are stock size (17x7") but 8mm lower offset and a useful 2kg a wheel lighter. I kept the stock tyres as wanted to keep the cars character close to stock (for now).
Picture just after they were fitted below:-
I realise they wont be to most people's taste as due to the design with the spokes not running to the edge of the wheel they look smaller than 17's.
And a picture with the car lowered:-
