Mitsubishi Pajero electrical issues

Dear PH,

I come to you in the hope that you can help me sort out a few issues with my recently acquired pajero, namely:

Electric mirror adjustment entirely non functional
interior lights entirely non functional
central locking entirely non functional (fuse is ok)
rear heater entirely non functional
front electric windows slooooooowww to come up from the full open position, then fine after about half way up

any idea if these are common problems with the pajero, and what can be done about them?

I'm ok with mechanical stuff but electrical stuff makes me break out in a cold sweat. I got as far as checking the fuse for the central locking which appears fine, but wasn't able to pry the fuse for interior lights out of the retainer, and there doesn't appear to be a separate fuse for mirror adjustment.

I tried reading through some of the threads on pocuk, but the forums there don't seem that useful
