Hi everyone, first time post, hope someone can help.

I have a 2004 Kia Sedona 2.9tdi auto, 125k Performance declined somewhat before Xmas before finally giving up on me the other week. The EML come on under pressure with a tapping noise at 2000 revs (injector knock?). Conked out on me with severe knocking, which I presume was an injector packing up. Codes read;

P1611 MIL Request Circuit Voltage Low.
P1120 Electrical governor malfunction
P1119 inlet metering valve control
P0100 Mass Air Flow or Volume Air Flow Circuit Malfunction
P1640 main relay control circuit malfunction
P0204 Injector 4 faulty

Had all 4 injectors replaced two years ago, so started with replacing the faulty one with a refurbed one, but no joy starting. Initially I tried to start it without the intercooler. No change with it connected and with easystart it fired but would not hold once foot off accelerator.

Would there be air in the system?
Would trying to start it without the intercooler cause more issues?
Are the other codes related to the injector or an issue on their own?

I'm a bit of a novice with modern cars so any help appreciated, thanks.
