Is a Supra the best high power option?

For purely the purpose of tuning for power/torque, the Supra wins hands down. Immediately it has a huge capacity advantage, but they can run much more power on a completely unopened engine than an Evo can. After that, it's really down to how much you can throw at either, though I doubt anyone has tuned an Evo to 2600hp.
