'Garage Find' Gen 4 Celica GT

Hi all,
My neighbour has a gen 4 Celica GT in red which he has owned since new (since 1989).
It was always serviced by the supplying main dealer and service book is stamped to reflect this. It has always been garaged from new in a warm dry garage. It has covered 88,000 miles and is in very good condition. However, there is some slight rust around the sunroof. It has been stored under cover for the last 10 years and the engine has not been run. Prior to being stored, the car was working perfectly with no faults.
I could only find a couple for sale, both of which were scruffy tired cars with many more miles.
Anyone on here interested in a true 'garage find'?
Any thoughts on value?
