So after months of posting on here asking for advice on getting a 2 seater convertible, and after months of my own research, I've finally bought myself a Toyota MR2 TF300 (210).

It's black, with soft top, in great condition but the wheels are slightly peeled and I want to change the colour of them from silver to glossy black.

Would it be better to buy a new set of black wheels, and sell these on, or to refurb and paint them?

If you're going with the first option, any recommendation on size and brand?

If you're about to say the second option, know any pros about who could do this for me? Based in Leeds.

Please don't rip anything I've said to shreds, only had this car 2 days, just getting to know it.

Cheers in advance

Small world my ex has no 166 in black as well. The wheels have corroded on that and I will be getting them done for her through the place we use at work, pretty much any wheel refurb company will be able to do them to whatever colour you want as well.
Just try and find a local ish place to you that has a good reputation.

Bear in mind they are a staggered fitment on an MR2 ( rears are bigger ). You'll probably pay around 60/70 quid a corner for the work so a lot cheaper than buying new wheels.
