Hi Guys

I'm interested in learning how to drive sideways and have been looking at PH Cpt Sideways 'Drift Academy' which looks like a lot of fun and is quite handy being at Donington.

Has anyone been on any of these type of courses? I'd be interested to hear your comments etc?

Thanks

Doesn't 'the Capt' have something to do with Conedodgers too?

Castle Coombe also do a good days drift/skid pan training on their wee purpose built track.-Its a good day out,not too pricey, can reccomend.
Slinky(of team 587 racing fame-shameless plug ) kindly sent me a copy of the Drift Bible, for technique,on cd,pm me if you want a copy.

Mind you,if you fancy a tug at the old e-brake etc, theres always the local 'private' roads to start on

Article on Drift Acadamy in today's Guardian, G2 section, p15. Full page article! And a million brownie points for getting a PRO-motoring article into the Guardian! Along with a nice pic of an S14 sideways!

Considering getting some drift tuition myself, the only thing that puts me off is damaging the car, btu I think drift academy have a car that you can hire.

Have a look at driftworks for more drift info.
