Top speed 350z

Can someone tell me what the top speed a Nissan 350z could do , restricted and unrestricted with a chip and s/s exhaust.

Isn't it all a bit academic? Unless you're intending on seriously taking part in TOTB or similar, but by the sounds of those mods you aren't.
