if he got the timing slip at an event last year or the year before, I understand they had the first timing point about 10m up the strip. 
people were getting very good, ignorable times.

)last time i was on the rollers i lost 17% through the transmission but that was on a hot day (25c) the time before; on a cold day it lost 28% (16c). it slso depends on the viscosity of the transmission oil and the tyre pressures.
as for qtr mile times with 300bhp in the R i hit 13.07 sec, i know people with no sympathy and a better clutch do 12.5's. it may be a contentious point but to me scoobys never seem to launch very well and theyve always been disappointing at the pod.
to hit low 11's on a unstripped car he'd have to be pushing the high side of 450-500bhp.
edited to say the 17% loss = 57bhp and the 28% loss = 82%

It's a shame you're not too close to Shakey or the Pod, it'd be interesting to see him put his tyres on the line, as it where...
If he's running 11's it should be a close race with our dragster... he's more than welcome to try
