The 1994 WRX has 240bhp standard, the mods he has will add maybe 30bhp at the most. STI Type R's & RA's can do the 1/4 in high 12's standard. 600bhp will get you into the 10's now Andy Forrest has just under 600 without NOS and can run 10.1's the RCM Iceland car is now in the 9.8 area with around 600bhp. MY Type R will get in to the 11's with 350bhp.
