Drive them all, and them look at your bank account.

Which can you afford that does what you want it to do.

Skylines have sky-high servicing and parts costs. Of course, you could do it yourself... if you never want to sell it. wink

Don't go for the DC5! By all accounts they are slower and more sluggish than their DC2 brothers. Get an unmolested, low milage DC2 import and you will be laughing.

but if someone did it to save a few quid, unless i really knew their car history, then I wouldn't buy the car off them. I would much prefer seeing a list of receipts from the likes of Abbey.

Surely bit more to it than than that...
What sort of mileage are you doing, what sort of roads are you driving, do you want more of a comfy GT cruiser or a bumpy rattle your teeth racer, how many seats do you need, do you need a decent size boot, do you want a torquey bigger engine or a revvy turbo/4 pot, are you worried about MPG....

Its the tuning bug that costs the money to run, the cars cost around the same to service as any other car with that kind of frequency.

Routine servicing is a doddle on them anyhow

Indeed, the thought of finding one is quite a laugh.
