That looks like the one that's been on ebay with a trader for a while now?

Wouldn't know, I was looking for a car and spotted it on his forecourt whilst trying to figure out what the hell the other yellow car was 3 rows back (it was a Rover Streetwise yuck )

Still it's here now... drives brilliantly (apart from a noise that sounds like a flat tyre... but isn't, probably just tyre noise from the ditch finders on the back... or possibly the Toyos' on the front)

Fresh MOT with no advisories... 90924 miles on the clock... one annoying noise... plenty of history... and 10 years of stone chips and cosmetic neglect (but no rust smile )

Brilliant choice!

Like the matching yellow sticker. Post up your thoughts on it once you've clocked up some miles in it. It's nice to see another owner on here and your car (mileage and condition wise) sounds much like mine - lots of pics on my Readers car thread.

Enjoy it.

Brilliant car, love the way it has revs to spare... could use a 6th gear sometimes but taking back roads negates that.

Unfortunately my sister is borrowing it for a couple of months whilst she saves up for her own motor, she's been offered a job on the condition that she has a car... job starts Next Friday so I loaned her mine. So I expect it to need a clutch and 2 front tyres ifwhen I get it back eek

In the mean time... while she has my car... I've been mulling over this little gem

she's got quite a long list of mods from a forged engine to handling mods, not mega power but fun to drive.

I have joined the world of shed motoring with a prime piece of Japanese plastic.

Day one’s job involved plugging a coolant leak, chucking out the CD player which wouldn’t play CDs, fixing the windscreen washers, and Duck-Taping the holes in the drivers seat.

Day two involved driving 500 miles to get used to it. Didn’t miss a beat.
