My little Alto mentioned a while back is all in order now. So slow, but so much fun and easily the most addictive noise I have had in a car to date smile

Don't get me wrong, its quick enough and great fun

Hah, more than Id like to admit, probably £3k for the car maybe a bit more. Exchange rates are not good frown

But, it was one I wanted for a long time, a wee friend for the R32 and its a great laugh. Sounds so good but just isn't that quick, but hey, 658cc smile
That's not bad at all really, for something so cool and unique smile

Surely it depends what you are expecting? A Type S offers a 160hp K20 engine, a 5 speed box with no LSD for considerably less money than a Type R. It should still be a sub 8second to 60 and good handling car.

The difference a nice set of wheels makes to the '86 is incredible.

The standard wheels are awful, imo.

So true. How on Earth did anyone ever think that the standard issue ones were good enough to sign off?
