Give me a link to the sale details.. i wouldnt mind having a gander.

I know all too well about having to sell cars for houses etc...

MR2 Tbar Turbo in Carrbiean blue was sold to fund my honeymoon when i got married... then a few months later got a Celica GT4 which had to go when we bought a house.

Now im a Bora TDi family car driver due to our little 5 month old daughter.. lol
You are Fizz from TOC and i claim my £5 wink

How are you buddy? wink

Anyway - to the OP, time of year and perhaps overpriced/condition etc?
It is indeed Ian... wink

I’m very well ta... thought id broaden my horizon and start posting on here as opposed to just being a lurker since 2001! lol

and its an auto, the least desirable combination. Saying that it is cheap.
To be honest only 1 in 10 UK supras came in manual 6 speed guise. The Auto box is very very impressive in the supra. smile

Having driven both and never been a fan of the Auto in any car i was surprised by the Soop.
Not quite. 400 Autos vs 200 manual UK cars. Whether it's EU, US or JP market cars there are far more autos than manuals but it appears the EU had the higher manual to auto ratio.

Like you I was impressed with the Supras autobox and this is coming from someone who hates autos in general, but the supes autobox is in a league of it's own, only the new XKR's is better imo.

TBH Rob it's a silver n/a auto (atleast it isn't red/pink) it's never going to go for big money.
I stand corrected... smile

Ah, problem being i sold the original pieces so without spending to gain, it really wouldnt be worth it, so on a level then what should i expect for it as it is now? i was offered 3000 about 6 weeks ago and turned it down because i wasnt that desperate to sell it, but time flys.......and now im up the creek!

Hi mate, in all honesty it it one of the easy cars to maintain and run compared to some cars i have owned, it was the cheapest to insure, fuel costs are quite normal, and it is beautiful to drive!

i really dont want to sell it as it is one of the best cars i have owned but a house forces sale, and once im settled i will definatly be investing in another one!

hope that helps.
