Groan.

What makes those tonking great big turbines spin in the first place?
Chocking great big electric motors.
Probably look a bit like this. But i'm guessing bigger....

Incredible moneypit! Some people are clearly richer than I. How cool must it be to be working on a project like this? I cant wait to see the finished result, and mayeb place a bet on how long its disks last. biggrin

The R32 GT-R in the background look not too shabby either.

It's things like this that make me hope I never win the lottery - they just give me too many ideas about what to do with mine and I'd blow the lot.

Indeed. I know my MX5 isn't the best car in the world. But I've enjoyed it so much if I won the lottery I'm sure I'd be delivering it to a tuner with an open check book and the instructions "Strip it down and build it faster".

In a left front corner accident (likely on track) your'd be looking at a potential major fire with front disks at 800degC & ruptured hoses yikes

I'd move them hoses inboard!!!

Yeah, I don't fancy those hoses much either. And if I was going to leave them there they'd be coming through a grommet, not some gum!

Cheers,

FT.
