E65 7-series. Should I run away?

I had a prefacelift 730d sport, did 130k in it and loved every minute. I had an E39 before and loved that. The only fault in my time was an occupancy sensor, I had it serviced by BMW upto 80k and then indy's. It was well looked after and is one of the best cars I owned. I actually saw it for sale on atrader and it had done 200k and still in good nick.

I didn't have direct drive or heated seats but lots of other stuff. It was simply great. I replaced it with an E60 520d msport and was never quite as happy.
