Hi sorry for the late reply ive been abit busy and then ive been away for a week. I wish i could have kept it at the same price of the diesel however it would be illegal as i wouldn't be paying the right tax, so it been changed by DVLA to the right engine and chassis as its been autoligned tested and had a engineer report

Absolutely incredible.

OP - The car looks great, impressive build - well done!

Out of interest, what are your impressions on driving the car, vs the M3 and regular 1M ?

A genuine 1M sits at around £35k and with around £1500 thrown at it can produce around 450bhp with a lighter engine, more torquey engine and in a more reliable package.
Lighter, more torque etc. etc.

Numbers never tell the whole story. I don't have experience with those exact 2 engines but I have no doubt the S65 is the better engine.

Car looks and sounds amazing.

OP, is that hood a stock M3 hood or another hood?

Now that is nice.

Always received top service from Quarry from taking M cars to them through to SOTW candidates.

Awesome!
How does the M3 engine compare to the N54 for weight?
Reminds me slightly of the mk4 Golf; the range looked pretty poor but the R32 looked great.

Just 7kg heavier, but given it's 2 cyls shorter, the c of g might be a little bit further back behind the front axle line so probably negliable difference between the two engines as far as chassis balance is concerned.

Fantastic. Bookmarked!

I adore the 1M and would love to own one given the funds. They missed a trick not offering it in the best colour (blue) so I think yours looks fantastic. It looks a real quality build.

I have (but I forgot the figure hehe)

The 35k figure was nearly a year ago and everything seems to be on the way up at the moment...
