I had an LE a few years ago. It was a 2008 model. I think it had heated seats as well.
All 150 odd LE's were all made in the same month, I think it was January 2007 from memory, but may have been Feb.
Most were registered during 2007 on 07 or 57 plates, although, I know there were a handful that remained unsold at dealers here and there into early 2008.
They were all fixed spec with no options available, and heated seats were not in the spec.
It was definitely 2008 08 plate. What's more I sold it for more than I paid for it. I kept the spec sheet somewhere so I'll check on the heated seats. Maybe I am confused with the memory function.

With 130,135i and 335s seeming to be like rocking horse poo, have wondered about 330
Rocking horse poo is an apt description as we are taling about quite rare cars in the UK....even compared to M3's.

In the UK, BMW only sold about 1200 or so 130i between 2006-2009 and only sold about 1300 of the 135i between 2007-2013.

Probably not many more than that of 335i sold either.

The simple rules of supply and demand (demand is increasing, and there's not much supply) are pushing prices of the 130i upwards, especially good condition, good spec cars.

Absolutely I'm not denying that. Just makes me chuckle with my daily commute to Guildford that what do I pass or be passed by last night on the way home down the A3. They're out there, but it's as you say more down to seeking spec/price/age/mileage.

1 x 335i Touring 07 plate, very nice.
2 x 335i coupe
1 x 135i
2 x 335i Saloon
1 x 130i

The only thing is that someone could have removed the d off their 335d.

Very tempted to put my 123d up for sale, pick up a £500 bucket and then find what I'm seeking.. With a pending short commute it's not as though I'd desperately need a car. Add the fact that we have my wife's nice 60 fiesta which I'm using this week. She's got the 123d this week after I've done about 5k on it since Jan

There are few people currently trying to buy a 130i here who will tell you it's worth a Satsuma and some pocket fluff. I'd stick it up at around 10k and see what responses you get...

Found a 2008 135i with 26k on the clock for £15k, which I'm tempted with. It's via BMW AUC, but I've been told it's been priced wrong so going up by £2k

It's not due in till April though

£500 to hold it.

They've offered £9k for my 59 123d M Sport though frown -

Which is the going rate for a AUC 2008 car.

There are 2007/8 cars for sale at indie dealers with 60k+ on the clocks up for 16k, so a AUC car at £17 (depending on mileage) is the going rate.

Very few 135i it seems, apart from the odd low spec, messed with examples, are drifting below 16k.

60 plate with N55 and a great spec for £16750, seems too cheap surely? Much better bet than the 2008 135 in my eyes.

I'm guessing the almost 60k miles will have something to do with the price, although, up until just xmas I'd one 40k miles in 2.5 years in my 135i.

Must admit, the 335i would be my choice over that 135, as the 135i is a big basic spec wise and there's the turbo wastegate issue on the N54 that will loom once out of warranty.

Really does vary http://www.approved.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/bmwauc/details... only bad thing on that list for me is 19" wheels, no thanks and auto.

Yet Partridge BMW have a 335i listed on an 07 plate with 90k for the same money!

I think I'm just going to phone Birds on Monday and see what they have on their radars. I've also asked about the 335i 60 plate, but TBH more than I originally had in mind. Knowing my luck lol it'll be sold or priced wrong!

Mate said keep the 123d and re-map it, but it's the diesel drive and I don't like how short the gears ah. But that'll be because my previous was a S40 T5 and a Leon Cupra before that running Revo, Milltek and a few other things.

At the end of the day I need to FIND a car I can drive

130i LE is a much more involving drive than a x35i. The engine and throttle response is fantastic, it's got a great bark when you fire her up and even the steering was spot on for the car.

I personally found the yellow interior a pain to keep clean and mine needed a new gearbox by BMW.

Even after the gearbox at GPS indicated 160mph the gearknob/stick would start rattling around like it's about to get knocked out of gear which wasn't very confidence inspiring.

Also for some strange reason girls seem to adore the thing more than other presumably more "impressive" cars.

Yet to experience this myself! lol.

That black 2007 coupe looks an absolute steal, the interior colour is stunning. Sadly no I drive though (some people say it's rubbish but it is perfectly fine and usable). The 60 plate N55 looks good at that price too.

Tbh can't think you can go wrong with any of the cars mentioned! may have to try a remapped 123d myself one day to see what the differences are between it and a 130i and whether it's worth suffering the worse mpg.
