Would agree with that pano roof on an estate/family car is a must kids love it and it can be totall opened for some top down driving.
Unfortunately you can't only the front piece slides back on the f31, but the airy feeling the glass gives on a sunny is nice.

Yep my obsession with the benefits of sunroofs "but you only open it a few times a year" yawn....means my nearly new buying choices were limited

The bluetooth streaming can be temperamental, but it works most of the time. Why do you need an expensive cable? Just plug a lightning cable into the USB port.

We got the beige leather on our X5 50i (the one that got stolen). It looked nice, but absorbed dye from our jeans.

The Pro Nav is a must in these cars.

One of the best options on mine.

I know it doesn't help now but the audio streaming via BT is absolutely spot on with Pro.

Got Pro Nav, but I still find BT streaming temperamental.

My car's got Pro Nav but playing music via BT off my iphone doesn't seem to work very well; the volume needs to be turned-up quite high to hear it and that can be bad news if you forget and switch back to the radio only to get deafened! Playing music off my phone always seemed to work fine in my E92 so what I've got now in the F31 doesn't exactly feel like progress TBH! When you say audio streaming works well have you got the BT device physically connected to the car in some way (e.g. via a USB port) or could your phone be (say) just in your jacket pocket on the back seat?

You just connect your device via Bluetooth no need to have a physical connection, I have online entertainment and I really like that as it's integrated into the car so no messing with BT.

Generally the phone is just in my pocket. If I'm on a longer journey I take the time to connect it to the USB.

I've never had a problem although I understand what you say about it being quieter. You need to ensure that the volume is all the way up your phone (in my case an iPhone).

Mine is always on the loudest as I don't use it with earphones or anything else.

Works fine in my car - heck when in the office it still plays my phone music on the car even if the phone is some distance away which I found pretty cool.

I've not once had issues with the Bluetooth.

If however you plug it into charge then you need to re pair it to make it re work.

My phone's usually in my pocket, it connects fine via BT but as I say it's just very quiet; however, the volume on my iPhone is probably set at only around 50% so I'll try turning it up and see if that makes any difference - thanks for the tip!

Yes, that is a total PITA.

This is true low volume on phone means max vol in car and then you could have a traffic alert blowing your ears out wink.

Yes, got that T-shirt! Will have a play with the volume setting on my iPhone but from memory I didn't have this problem with my E92 (or at least if I did it wasn't to anything like the same extent!).

IMO the best option is the adaptive cruise control. Mind you, I live in the south east, M25, M3 and the rest, so the car driving itself on one of those car
parks is so cool.

I've not found this to be the case. Plug it in and it automatically switches to USB and carries on from where it was up to.

Works in the same way vice-versa.

Wider screen so doesn't look out of place which the Business does IMO.
Harddrive for storage
3D Nav
Connected drive apps such as remote locking/unlocking/tracking and turning on heating/cooling remotely
Extended black panel display
Enhanced bluetooth

I'm sure there's a fair few other bits and pieces but I can't remember - what I do know is that I used to borrow my Mum's 420d which only had Business and when I got mine with Professional it was much better and made the interior look a lot nicer.
