The bump stops also look worn in the photo. There is an ebay seller who sells rear damper reinforcement plates.

In fact you informed me of it when it failed the first time:

Unfortunately when I had the failure I had no tools and needed to drive to Stansted a couple of days later.

Luckily for me I've got the week off, the car is on the driveway and we've got another car to use in the meantime.

The new Meyle mounts arrived today & new washers are on order from the local dealer but there's no rush, although I an tempted to pop the wheels off & check the springs so there are no surprises when I come to put it all back together.
