I have recently bought an E93, when purchased the M-Sport suspension was deleted probably because it has run flats. It is a little wallowy and I am seeking to improve it a little, I have already fitted a Quaife ATB. Does anyone have experience of the the kit and would they be prepared to share their views, or has anyone gone an alternative route with positive results.

Thanks

Dave

Yes, it's excellent, more control & more comfort - so a win-win situation.

And it will mean you'll make better use of the Quaife, as the Quaife on it's own with OEM suspension is almost a pointless purchase.

Thanks for the info, did your upgrade include the anti roll bar kit or just the damper/spring combo?

Purely curious but what issues were you having that an LSD solves? I assume this is on a 335i/335d?

I haven't got the ARB's as I don't have the Quaife. Birds don't recommend fitting the ARB's unless you fit the Quaife.
As you already have the Quaife, the ARB's would be considered a must have.

Yes, a 335I, a basic lack of traction , witnessed by the TC light flashing at the slightest provocation on anything less than a perfect warm dry surface.

Aero, thanks again for the info, I did have a good read about the kit and concluded that the ARBs have a significant role to play when using the Quaife ATB diff.

Thanks. I had always assumed the M-Sport suspension was the cause of traction issues with the E9x BMWs so it's interesting to hear your issues despite it having the sport suspension deleted.
