BMW Roadside assistance query

Just picked up a new BMW that comes with 3 years BMW Roadside Assistance, but I can't help but notice that I have no documentation for this.

I have only had the car for a few days so I may be jumping the gun a bit here, but is this something that should come through the post, or should I contact the dealer for more advice?

I bought used approved which came with a year's road side assistance. I didn't get anything in the post but they knew by the Reg number it was covered when I contacted them. I just pressed the SOS button but I think you can get to it via idrive as well.
