Front discs keep warping on E46 - advice needed

As other have said, I'd guess at a sticking calliper. However, if they appear fine then are you sure its warping discs and just feeling like they are warped?

I had some cheap tyres on the front of mine when I bought it, I was getting what felt like warped discs under heavy braking. After exhausting all of the possibilities like bushes and checking the discs someone on here suggested swapping the front and rear tyres to check. It was immediately obvious that the cheapo tyres were the issue.

I put on some Goodyear Eagle F1's and the cars much better now, brakes straight and true no wobble whatsoever, also seems to have stopped tramlining which was also very welcome.
