Any BMW 1/18 (or other) model collectors?

Hello,

Just wondering if there's anyone else stupid/addicted () enough to collect model BMWs?

I'm pretty sure I've spent more money on my models than buying my E36!

It's undergoing some internal restoration work, but here are a couple of 'detail' shots of the outside







The model is remarkably realistic in most respects, there are a few missing details like the 'CAMPAGNOLO' wheel stickers (although they got the wheel centre logos correct) and the silver tail pipes (the originals are black). Some of the lines are a little too 'sharp' as well, take the nose for example



As the original is glass fibre, the edges are not as sharp. But it's not a bad effort.
