Coolant temp is 07.00
You have to go to menu 19 and scroll through the numbers until you get to the sum of the last 5 numbers of your VIN first to enable the other menus, it is fiddle but easy once you get the hang of it. Easier to sit in the car with YouTube video on the phone than to read instructions

Havge you actually had the fault codes read to get to the 60% figure.
If so they should have told you when the last regen was.
As for the regen process, I'm led to believe that a number of criteria need to be met before it can start.
A minimum level of fuel in the tank, coolant temperature > 70c, glow plugs working and EGR temperature.
If it hasn;t regened for a while then it is probable that something is stopping it happening.
Mine has just been cleaned for a second time after blocking up again within 4 months.
It turns out that everytime the regen started the pressure sensor was reading 2 bar and it shut down immediately on the basis that it thought the filter was too blocked. It also put the car into limp mode.
2 bar back pressure means that the car would barely have run so pointed to a faulty sensor.
It is important to get yourself a decent independent who will not only clean it but diagnose what caused it to block/throw the error in the first place.
