My M135 has developed a slow puncture in one of the rear tyres that have covered 8.5k miles, if it's not repairable is it best to get both the rears changed or will it run ok just replacing one? There is probably about 4k of tread left on the rears.

If you reckon they are about two-thirds done, I would replace both rather than just one.

I agree, with winter approaching. But don't rule out a repair. Chose a good tyre place, I avoid 'kwikst' and chose a good independent, they have been very willing to repair, in line with standards obviously, but they've also found a faulty valve as the cause of deflation as well as problems with how the tyre was sitting on the alloy. get this sorted asap. I've saved several new tyres by prompt action.

Change both, keep the good one as a spare just in case.

Thanks. I'm going to my local indie who I trust and see what they say. Good point about the weather changing
