Why dont BMW do Imola Red any more?
Discussion
I thought this was pretty brave
Looks like it was too much for the person that ordered it, as it's for sale with just 3,700 miles 6 months after being built. http://usedcars.bmw.co.uk/M/4.4/Blackburn/3744876-...

I noticed recently on the BMW car configurator that the 5 series in particular has a shockingly bland selection of colours - black, white, silver and grey, I think with a token blue or red?
I think we can blame the EU for the increasingly typically bland colours we see on cars.I thought this might be worth sharing with you.
My current drive; an Individual Imola red E91 335i M Sport. I haven't done any research into numbers but figure this must be quite a rare car?
Imola is a lovely colour. In bright sunlight it looks like most other reds but I find it comes into it's own in darker conditions where it appears much more 'scarlet' in colour.
