E60 steering rack design issue/fault - anyone had it?

Noticed a bit of oil/fluid under the car and wondered if its the power steering? Are these expensive?

I had to have mine refurbed in my E61 at about 100k. I was told ECP definitely didn't have any even though the website says they do. Only option other than buying one from BMW was to get mine sent off for refurb. The cost alone was worth the additional time in getting mine sent off. Still cost about £1500 in total though.

Mine was leaking fluid from one of the inner seals. I don't know who did the refurb unfortunately.
