if you actually took the time to read it you'd see that it's the same car in the same dealer - 3k more expensive in the 'sale'

and the relevance is that if a GC is 3k more expensive in the 'sale' than before the 'sale' then chances are that others on that list have been offered cheaper at the same dealer prior to the sale
