Victor, if not doing so already try the main auction sites, certainly BCA. They get cars which main BMW dealers take in part ex and because they would cost too much to prep to the Approved Used Car Standards and provide full warranty cover, and still turn a profit, they punt out to auction. You could even call the main dealers, as some have a trade department where they sell off such part ex's.

Also, WBAC who I've sold cars to, use BCA as it's their parent company With a few assumptions, I put the registration plate of the car from the link I sent you into WBAC and valuation was £7345, chances are there will be a little reduction, so let's assume WBAC would buy it for £7,150. Their price assessment is linked to what these cars actually sell for at BCA auctions, rather than relying on Glass' guide.

I don't know their profit margin less overheads ratio, but if this car could be bought for around 9k at auction (it's vey low mileage) a higher mileage car should easily be within your budget.

I know auctions can conjure up creepy old men in sheepskin jackets and white shoes, but certainly WBAC take in and sell on some good cars, including the two I've sold to them.
