Currenlty looking at the new shape 120d m sport xdrive for the other half.

By the time you add a few options the list price comes out at £33k.

Anyone have an idea of what sort of diso I should push for ? I know it's just out which won't help. Is 10%+ realistic ?

Small fleet discount is around 16 % iirc , I would be pushing for a minimum of 10 if not 12 %.

Play one off the other.

Take it as a word of warning from somebody who bought a high specced 125d when they first appeared 3 years ago - I'd have lost less on a 330/335xd !

Chandlers in Hove, Sussex, have a bunch of pre-registered/ex-demo new 1 Series with about £4500 off a £25K vehicle. You will be the second owner, but the savings seem good. I took a look as our second car needs replacing but the spec' I wanted didn't match what they had. See their landing page at http://www.chandlers-bmw.co.uk/ They also did a search of their other sites and came up with 4-5 cars that were similarly pre-registered across the SE.
