Anyone had this?

Calling 09062090001 and it is constantly engaged! I have a feeling I am being charged everytime I try and call too.

Anyone else had this? Any ideas of a good time to call or other ways around this?

Really annoying me now

Thanks

The Service Department of any BMW dealership will be able to print this out for you.

I'm pretty certain I said they would be able to - not that they would.

This will of course rely on the car having been serviced by BMW, your car having a readable key, and - assuming that they aren't completely incompetent - a desire to retain your custom.

Obviously, if you're not a customer they might be less enthused.

Any number starting 09........ is a premium rate number where the owner of the number can charge you ANYTHING they please, irrespective of whether they answer or not, that includes hundreds of pounds per call. I would try elsewhere.

Been today, they can only tell me the services it has had at that garage.
