So after reading many good things ive just placed my first order for about 250 eur worth of stuff.

happy to post my results if anyone else is interested in seeing how it plays out

if it works, significant saving even over usual suspects like your local friendly parts counter, the forum guys and the bmmini etc

you shouldn't have any issues. ive ordered a good £1500 worth of parts over the last month ranging such as plastics, wiring looms, screws and exhaust shield. each item from them dispatching the items been delivered within 3-4 days and has been well packaged with no damage plus the euro rate has got me a better price than any u.k dealer can do. now the only thing left is to find a company that sells vw/audi parts

I think there was a complaint in another thread about careless packaging resulting in damage to parts. Would be useful to build up a representative picture in this thread

my experience with the packaging is that theyd leave the plastic parts loose so in transit if the box isn't full they can move around. luckily for me the box was quite full so there was no damage

On another note, if you email them and say you are part of a BMW forum/club they apply a discount to your account. It ranges from 5%-25% which makes them even cheaper.

That was me. It was a shame, but most of the parts were small but bulky replacement panels and put in a box way too big. I think they would be out of business if they did that with more delicate parts and was prepared to give them another go as the prices were just so much cheaper, so placed a small second order and this time it was fine.
As said, mail them for a forum discount to make it even beter.

Just compared their prices to Cotswold BMW and they were more expensive than the UK dealer on 435i tips and M Performance grilles for M135i LCI and that was before shipping, which was included with Cotswold. Small sample but still, no assumptions of cheapness compared to UK discounted prices.

Did you include the discount leebman give forum members?

You need to email them and they will apply the discount to your account.
If you post the part numbers I'll check the prices with my discount.
On small items and low value, I would simply go with Cotswold as the free shipping makes a difference and it probably quicker and easier should there be a problem. Also remember you credit card company will charge a fee for the conversion.

There's a few things Leebmann are uncompetitive with, and some where they absolutely crush anything in the UK.

Worth noting an E90Post member has had a horrible experience with a BMW HUD that went faulty, Leebmann saying they have no responsibility and as it's not available in the UK BMW can't help him either.

Still I'll probably be buying the Alpine upgrade from them. I can't see any issue as long as the item is available in the UK too.
