Oh yes, lucky chap! Though his profile says 'car dealer', so maybe it's available to the right person...

Oh ok I see. Is there a small queue forming already?

I wouldn't be in it; I'd want an auto; just interested because they don't come up with that sort of provenance often.

Sometimes I think the idea of a manual is interesting or just different. But then when I drive mine I dont ever dislike the auto. I'm still waiting patiently in the queue if this is for sale. For me the big drawer is a not black interior.

I'd rather have the exclusive nappa leather, which I think only comes in black. Otherwise I'd agree with you.

In desperate need of a clean.....my track is..chalenging at the moment. I am looking forward to sprucing up the interior.

I initially liked the look of this until I saw the interior - there's something about BMW cream that really puts me off. It's local to me as well. I also had a few doubts about how it was cared for earlier in it's life - an apparent two year gap in MOTs and some tyre neglect resulting in failures (what else did they neglect?). Otherwise, I'd be seriously tempted to go and have a look.

Presumably the ad has only recently appeared. I'm sure I checked a couple of days ago and the first time I saw it was this morning. I wonder how quickly it will sell?

BMW printout to 37k and local garage since... hmmm. Rubbish ad though as I've got no idea of the spec from it.

Nice that it's a 55 plate so cheapo taxo.

Bargain. 545i LPG'd for 3750 pre haggle.

I just found a great car on Auto Trader.

Doesn't look half bad!

Looks good. Wrong steering wheel though and front seats look like sport seats which are wrong. Is this right - 26000 to next service - I didn't know the service intervals were that long?

The sport steering wheel and sports seats were common options before the 545i Sport was launched.

The 26k interval appears to be until the vehicle check service; intervals on the E60 are bizarre. I remember going once a month for a while, each for fairly cheap services (brake fluid, vehicle check, oil change etc) but it would have been so much easier to get everything done together. The F10 servicing reverted to a more normal schedule.

Is the NSF door and sill a different shade, or is it a trick of the light?

It does look it to me, yes. When compared with the offside.

It does look different, but it looks as if that door and the sill directly below it wasn't washed; it looks dirty compared to the rest of the car. Very odd!

Been keeping an eye on this thread for quite some time and am sorely tempted to go and take a look seeing it's local. Might help reduce the fleet a little.

Looks a reasonable place to be inside so ticks replacing the 330 box, but whether it would do towing/part hauling duties quite as well as my L200 donkey is another thing. scratchchin

I really like that, be nicer if it was auto but it's almost cooler for being an SE!
