I think the price is about right. When you see older 545 SEs going for 6-7k, I think it's a fair premium to add for the superior engine and Sport specification. It's also newer, got Pro Media and Xenons so the two most important bits of spec imo. Sadly no roof though and how much effort would it take to hoover and polish the thing!!Will be watching with interest at that price.
Yes, you lucked out with yours but it was for sale with no paperwork at a scrappy! You got lucky because the dealer didn't check for any history and give it a polish before selling, it looked very forlorn as I recall

You're maybe right compared to older 545's.. With mine, the car actually 'looked' nice in the advert, hence why I took a punt and travelled 249 miles to go check it out. The fact that they couldn't open the glovebox to see about 2" thick of paperwork or string a sentence together on an advert meant it worked out well, for me...

Looks excellent to me. No sunroof to destroy the electrics and while we don't have the reg, it does appear to be a pre-22 March 2006 car so £290 to tax. If it has no sordid history; will make a nice buy for someone.

It could be a 55 or early 06 that, if it's 290 tax, we don't know the reg but they'll have put it into the traders description that will bring up correct dates and tax groups etc.
Very very good price, that will be a great buy for someone on here.
