Few pics....

They almost look like they could be used on a 'for sale' advert. It does look well.

Sold mine early this week and it was collected this morning.

Feel like I've just put a family pet to sleep. frown

I hear you. I hope the sun shines this weekend for pics as mine is going in the classifieds as well. Sad times.

What's with you guys all selling up!?

I've just gone over 80k miles and still loving it!

Can't see it leaving for any reason, at the moment [touches wood w.r.t. engine issues]!

Mine's up still.

Had an average amount of interest.

One guy was put off by the tax, another guy was asking about mpg (he was looking at 530d's), another offered what I wanted but wanted it delivering to Bristol, and another guy was about to leave a deposit but bought a basic spec 545 instead as he thought it was better value.

All fair enough, I'll keep waiting, I thought it may of gone by now but I'm in the fortunate position of not really needing to sell.

Didn't even know yours was up Phil. My Alltrack is 3/4 weeks from delivery so now's the time for me.

Could always check Shiply (I use it to pick up cars I buy without viewing, because I'm lazy) for a flat bed delivery... Usually a lot cheaper than you expect and possibly not a huge % off the asking price!?

Your car is lovely; I'm sure it will go to a good home!

PS this 545i seems pretty good value considering there is one with 20k less miles up for more than twice the money: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/b...

It's for sale in the usual places, have a look and see what you think.

If I wanted one I'd buy it, it looks and is great.

Honestly? Very waffly hehe

List spec, history and spends with dates, mot. Describe condition. Price. Done.

If I wanted to buy one I'd wait a few days and see what else pops up... tongue out

I must admit i thought I was waffling when I wrote it!

I'll give it another week and see what happens, I may make it less waffly.. I don't see how it could be off putting though.

Re valve stem seals - i've got the AGA tool available if anyone wants to tackle the job themselves. Used it on my 750 - the seals that came off were rock hard, especially the exhaust ones.

If I had £5k spare I'd be interested, should've got an estate when I got mine, but none around at the time.

Hi guys smile

Has anyone got a genuine BMW fire extinguisher fitted to their E61 that can take pics please?

I've got the mounting part - 82 27 2 166 304 and I was wondering if it's a chore to fit as it looks like it.

What's up HR? Has the beast sold?

Mrs9 has taken mine away for a glamping hen do this weekend.

Had to have it sanitised by the guys who work out of the Tesco garage at Brooklands... came up lovely!
