Anyone with BMW coding software in/near to Cheltenham?

Rather than spending a fortune at the stealers, I would just like a lighting function enabled on my E46, hopefully for some beer tokens?

I'm not near Cheltenham I'm afraid. I can do coding but am in North Dorset.

The Delphi software can do this I know because I have done it on my E46 if thats any use
