I was watching that one, the rear brake lines needing replacing was what put me off.I can't justify another project car as brake lines mean that i'd likely drop most of the rear end then end up straight back on ebay looking at M3 bits and getting carried away

How do you know if it's the sport? Mine has the M Sport package, but I'm not convinced it's the sport - also it's a 325Ti.
There was no such thing as the M Sport package from this era. The Sport and SE are visually quite different. The bulbous bumpers probably the most obvious difference.aka_kerrly said:

I'd bid to 1100 but was working and dependent on a Cornish mobile phone signal, which dropped at the crucial moment. After I stopped swearing I figured I'd just concentrate on my e30.
The winning bidder is supposed to be collecting tomorrow, if for any reason they dont show up / mess about i will contact you. TWOKWACKS said:

Failed MOT this morning on a front suspension arm ball joint. ETK says the arms differ between the stock ones because of option S338A M Sport suspension, which surprised me as I thought all non M3 models would share the same. I guess then there is some difference, geometry change ?
Also, are the bushes for these all the same ? On the E30 3 series , some had an offset bushing for a geometry change.
Thanks

Completed my first trackday in my 325ti today, my worry was I was going to feel a tad dissapointed due to my last few track days being in my m3, thankfully this wasn't the case. Great little car!
Budget tyres on the rear made for a sideways day at times, this just added to the enjoyment more I think!
Not the fastest car out there, but probably up there with having the most fun.
Seen on the thread a few people are after cheap ones....my sisters selling her 90k cat D sport with recent rainsports for £1100 (not the best picture but the only one I have to hand)

No geometry change just tougher ball joints. The offset control arm bushes were used on some M power E46s/Z4s, you can fit them to standard control arms but will need to adjust geometry. Also, are the bushes for these all the same ? Hmmmmm. Mine seems to be fully kitted out with sporting items, though. I guess it's the sport, then, judging by the pictures! e21Mark said:

Mine is the only white 325ti sport I can find any info on in the uk, dare I say it has the possibility of being the only one, despite it being a free colour.

I'm quite interested in that, whereabouts in the country are you? can you message me with some details, thanks Found 2 more pictures of my sisters, it scrubs up well.
Does anyone elses car bog down / have a flat spot for a second or so when pulling away and not bringing the revs up quite enough? I've done a throttle reset (10s ignition on step 1, then off for 10 seconds, then start?) but that hasn't helped, it also seems to be better if I turn off the traction control but I'm wondering if it's actually the bloody CDV making the clutch unpredictable and grabby so bogs it down sometimes?
