Not sure which Sytner BMW dealer ,Not impressed with Maidenhead sales or service , did not reply to e mails for a service booking. Used Dick Lovett in Hungerford instead who were very efficient.

I had a issues when I brought my 130 from Sytner Birmingham.

They did eventually get sorted, but it did mean returning the car to them.

Nothing recent but I bought my old M3 CS from Sytner Sunningdale as an AUC a few years ago and they were fine. However, in my experience car dealers are a bit like insurance companies - they're all happy to take your money when everything's going well and it's only when you have a problem that you find out how good they really are!

IIRC my dad and brother have had good experiences with Sytner Solihull's parts desk when getting stuff for older cars (e36). Probably more to do with good (enthusiast) employees than the dealer as a whole.

Yeah not had a good experience trying to purchase a 335i saloon.

Mulling options again, sell R32 now, keep for a bit longer, try and locate another N55 335i or save for an 07-09 M3

Bought mine from Coventry - dealt with Ryan.
Bought over the phone with car exactly as described and didn't penalise me for a missed major scuff
on the front valance of the A5 I was trading in.
Got a great deal and even sorted me when I switched cars mid deal - bought a more expensive one so I am
sure they were quite happy.
Would definitely consider them next time I change.

Bought the Z4 from Sytner Coventry, the 550i from High Wycombe and used to use Maidenhead for servicing the Alpinas as it is close to home.

The experience in each has been pleasant and relatively pain free (apart from perhaps Maidenhead who ruined the bonnet of my B7 with a rotary polisher) and I wouldn't be averse to doing business with any of them again.

That said, I've been particularly happy with Cooper Reading for my recent servicing needs and their approach to a query about a new M5. Unlike Sytner, they also take American Express which is exceptionally good news for an avid Avios collector.

3.5k more (and that's assuming you even pay list price) would get you in a E90 M3 of similar mileage. No brainer, surely? Unless your mileage means the fuel bill becomes fool bill wink

I use HF for parts, excellent service.

Likewise, Sytner HW generally very good.

Whenever I've had issues with them, seem to have always taken feedback on board.

Bought a car from Sytner Oldbury and would never give them another penny.Found them to be wholly untrustworthy, shoddy in their work and unwilling to rectify any issues caused by their 'technicians'.
I avoid them like the plague and travel out of my way to get my warranty work and servicing done elsewhere-Rybrook Warwick-who are spot on.

I had a good buying, and subsequent almost 3 years post sales experience with them as well. Have been forced to use other dealers since then as I no longer work in a location that is convenient to use them.

I had a very good experience buying my new 640d from them this time last year.

My dealer was Sytner Nottingham, and it was excellent service all round.

Will be back in the new year to see what sort of deal they can do with an M3.

Had 2 BM's from Sytner High Wycombe and ok to deal with, both with used cars and servicing, but dont get your wheels refurbed by them, shocking quality
