yes That's how my E90 320d works; I can't actually remember if my Z4C had CC or not. One thing I wanted to say is that altering the speed with the control arm is very crude and will get you and your passenger's heads nodding like crazy - personally I'd recommend altering your speed using the throttle pedal, which you'll find far smoother! You can then pull back on the control arm to store that new speed or simply back off to return to your previously set speed.

Yep I got the chance to try the cruise the other day and it works exactly as described, thanks for pointing that out - not an overly intuitive system if you ask me but OK when you get the hang of it.

Sadly my Z4C doesn't have cruise (which would be handy as I use the M3 at least once a week and it will have a 50 average limit for the rest of this year while they put up a few gantries - then I doubt it will ever be 70 again based upon my experience of the M25 from J12 to J11)!

But thankfully mine does have Xenons which are fantastic!

I know this post is a bit late, but there are loads of "how to.." guides on the Z4 Forum for anyone thinking of upgrades.

BTW OP it sounds like you are having a great time with yours! You must be mashing the carpet quite often - in 7,500 miles mine is showing 30.0 mpg average on the OBC and I don't exactly hang about!
