E92 M3 spec advice

Thanks guys. Very useful info.
The car has done 55k and has full BMW history. Recent clutch and flywheel done too with receipts to prove. Just after the clutch the car had a bump, the car is CAT D and has been repaired. The seller bought the car back from insurance and fixed it and run it for a while and is now ready to move on. The pictures of the accident damage are very light, new bumper, bonnet and a very light scrape on the rear qtr that's been repaired. No chassis damage. 5 owners.
I've never been a fan of cat d cars, but having seen the pictures of the damage I can understand why my friend is considering it.
What would you guys value the car at?
