E39 530i tyre preference?

Time for new all round on my E39 530i touring. 235/45/R17. Been on Michelin for the last four years.

Interested to hear any preferences or feedback between
Continental Sport Contact 5
Michelin Pilot Sport 4
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2

All seem to be £85-90 so price not an issue (with Blackcirles - anywhere cheaper)?

Not interested in ditchfinders etc.

I used Michelins on mine when I owned it. A notable improvement on the ride comfort from the original Continentals.

Try Event Tyres (now part of AA) for a fitted price.

I found the Contis wear out pretty quickly.

Conti S/C 5s for me on my ex 530i sport e39.

Best tyre I ever tried.

1 and 2 last longer than 3. All are superb.

Thanks all. Going to give the Continentals a go for a change. Cheers for the event tyres suggestion, not the cheapest though.
